Sweet Honey Brown Sugar Bacon

Like our original Bacon, these pork bellies sit in a brine for a week. We then rub the bellie with Honey and Brown Sugar and smoke it for 12 hours. Vaccum sealed for freshness, each package weighs approximately 1 pound.
